Chevron WP7 team was the first group of people to successfully unlock the Windows Phone 7 devices and they also released the tools last year for unlocking the devices, but later on they discontinued that path and joined  the official path to take  the Homebrew development with Microsoft.

Earlier this year they announced the Chevron WP7 labs program, which would allow developers to unlock their Windows Phone devices for a small fee of 9 USD which is very cheap as compared to the yearly official App Hub account which costs 99 $ for the developers.Today on their official blog they announced the availability of these Chevron WP 7 Labs services.

The ChevronWP7 Labs would allow hobbyist developers to install, run, and debug unsigned applications on their personal Windows Phone. For doing so one would have to log into the site with their Windows Live ID and would have to pay 9 $ fees per Windows Phone device.

Head over to The Chevron WP7 Labs site to unlock your Windows Phone Device.
