Lumia 800 Internet Sharing Update in the Works

Nokia revealed its Lumia series of Windows Phones the Lumia 800 and Lumia 710 a few days ago and when they detailed their hardware specifications for both the devices one of the issues raised by the enthusiasts was the missing Internet Sharing option in the phone which is now available in most of the second generation Windows Phones.

But  as confirmed  earlier today by Winrumors  via a Nokia Spokesperson that they are already working on an update to bring Internet Sharing to the Lumia 800.

“Microsoft takes very seriously meeting (and exceeding) the requirements outlined by agencies such as the FCC in the USA. They felt it was really important to fully address the concerns raised by recent FCC regulations before enabling this feature and are optimistic they can deliver on these requirements though a software update and are working diligently on that now.”

Lumia 800 codenamed “Sea Ray” is expected to be launched in Europe on 16th of November,the phone features a 3.7″ super AMOLED screen,powered by 1.4Ghz processor,8 Megapixel camera and 16GB of memory.The phone is  preloaded with the Windows Phone Mango update.
